Smudgefest Day 7- Final Challenge and Important Announcements!

Oh my gosh, it's the FINAL CHALLENGE! Can you believe it? Congrats to those of you who have been here the whole week and for making it through all the challenges. Before we move on to today's challenge, we have a few things to let you know about.

First, if you haven't seen it already on the Smeared and Smudged Forum or our Facebook pages (or don't have a clue what it is), we have posted our information for 31 Days of Halloween 2013. We are taking sign-ups for Wicked Bloggers and are hoping that this will be our biggest hop to date! It's a fun chance to immerse yourself in a month full of Halloween and Day of the Dead projects, with cool prizes to be had and awesome projects to be seen, so please check out the information HERE. If you're interested in participating as a Wicked Blogger, I suggest you sign up sooner rather than later and get a jump start on your projects. If you don't want to sign up, you can still hop along as a Horrifying Hopper or Sinister Lurker and win great prizes; that information is posted as well. We are also already taking sponsor sign ups, so if you know anyone who would be interested in having their site or company featured during the hop, you can contact us at smearedinkstamps@gmail.com.

The second announcement we have is that we are HAVING A DESIGN TEAM CALL!! Tori and I are creating a NEW Design Team for our Mixed Media University group on Smeared and Smudged, and we are looking for 4 to 5 team members. This will be a separate Smeared Ink Design Team that will share video tutorials exclusively in our MMU group, and we are super excited to be bringing this new aspect to our forum! We hope you will be just as excited as we are, and that you will consider trying out for this team. We are looking for fun and interesting stamp artists with various styles, so if you love working with different art mediums in your stamped work please check out all of the information posted on the Smeared and Smudged Blog HERE. The info includes requirements, benefits, and how to submit for the team. The deadline is September 23, 2013.

Okay, now on to today's Smudgefest Challenge. As one final hoopla, we are bringing you a great little surprise, in the form of a freebie!

Ready to Play? Here is our Day 7 challenge!

The Challenge:
SYNONYMOUS SUNDAY
Today we are offering up a little freebie for everyone to enjoy. This is Ghoulipop, and your challenge today is to use him in your project. He will be available in our shop soon, but today only you can pick him up here. Please DO NOT share this image with anyone, online, or on your blog! If you'd like to, you may provide a link to this post for anyone who may be interested in playing along. Can't wait to see what you all make with Ghoulipop....hope you enjoy!
